Performance

Performance (/performance) shows how the firm and each person on the team are doing, measured against simple targets. Only the firm's admin opens it: the route needs manage_tenant, and the page sits under Admin in the admin's sidebar. Billing's ⋯ menu links to it as Reports · Performance. Its own ⋯ menu offers Reports · Money by client, building, apartment (Billing's Splits) and Team.

Every figure comes from records already in the app. Nothing is sampled. A figure with nothing behind it shows "—". With little work on record, a line says so ("27 projects, 4 visits done, so most figures are small or blank").

The period

On top you pick This week, This month, This quarter, Last 90 days or Custom (from and to dates). The line under the picker names the period and the one it is compared with: the same number of days, ending the day before. Each figure shows its change from that earlier period ("+3", "−0.5 days", "+4 pts").

Company

Twelve figures:

FigureHow it is counted
Projects opened / closedOpened in the period / moved to Closed in the period (stage history)
Cycle time, opened → closedAverage days for projects closed in the period; target ≤ 45 days
Visits completedVisits finished with access
On time vs correct-byProjects whose linked violations all cleared by the earliest correct-by; target ≥ 90%
Violations cleared before correct-byOut of all cleared in the period; flagged below 90%
Penalties avoided / accruingEstimate: $1,500 for each violation cleared in time; $250 a day for each open violation past its correct-by. These are assumed rates, not the city's
Revenue invoicedInvoices sent in the period (drafts and voids aside)
CollectedPayments recorded in the period, plus invoices marked paid that have no payment recorded
OutstandingSent and still owed at the period's end (total minus payments)

Four weekly charts cover at least twelve weeks: projects opened and closed, visits completed, invoiced and collected, and the share of violations cleared in time. Point at a week to read its numbers. Table shows the same numbers as a table.

Where work stalls shows each stage: how many projects are in it at the period's end (green when moving, amber when stalled for more than 10 days), how many came in during the period, and the average stay. The stage with the most stalled work is marked Work stalls here. A project in Billing with an invoice out is waiting on the client, so it is not counted as stalled.

People

Each active person is listed under their office role, which is read from their permissions: Project admin, Dispatch, Inspectors and crew, Compliance, Billing. Anyone whose role the page can't place is left out, and Where these numbers come from says how many. Each role has its own columns:

  • Inspectors: visits completed, on-time start (within 15 minutes of the booked time), done on the booked day, no-access rate, report turnaround (field work done → first report version), corrections on their data, XRF readings, repeat visits.
  • Dispatch: visits booked, opened → first visit booked, access confirmed before the day, proposals drafted and won, projects stalled in Scheduling.
  • Compliance: XRF reports reviewed, review turnaround, filing packages started, filings on time and late, field data they corrected.
  • Billing: invoices sent, field done → invoiced, payments they recorded, DSO, overdue invoices.
  • Project admin: proposals approved, approval turnaround, escalations cleared and still open.

A column marked Team counts the whole team, because those records don't say who made them (invoices and proposals). A figure that misses its target is amber, with a dot. No other colour means anything, and nobody is ranked. Click a column heading to sort. The last column is the person's main figure over the past 8 weeks.

Click a person to open their panel. It shows each of their figures over the last 12 weeks, what is on their plate now (their late or upcoming visits, reports to finish or review, packages not yet filed, invoices overdue, proposals waiting for approval) and their recent work. Each line opens its record.
